Littering Problem

While setting up for the Fall Festival we discovered someone had dumped an old toilet in the woods on Walnut Glen.  It has been removed and taken to the dump.  Additional litter was picked up and properly disposed of as well.  Help keep our neighborhood looking nice, don’t litter.  Thank you to our neighbors who help keep Willow Bluffs clean.  Please report littering to board@willowbluffs.com

2017 HOA Annual Meeting

Thank you for everyone who attended the Annual HOA meeting last night.  It was great meeting and talking with everyone.  If you have any questions or concerns please contact the all board members by emailing board@willowbluffs.com.  If you need to get in touch with our property management company please contact Sentry at
919-790-8000 ext. 107, or email Letitia Rodrigues at lrodrigues@sentrymgt.com.

A big ongoing concern is speeding in the neighborhood.  As discussed at the meeting please call the Wake County Sheriff’s Office at 919-856-6900 and let them know and ask them to have someone patrol our neighborhood and/or put the radar back up.  The more people they hear from the better.
