Recent Neighborhood Inspections

During our most recent inspections it was obvious many houses are in need of maintenance and yard work. The property manager, board members and homeowners have shared their concern about the appearance of the Willow Bluffs. Many yards have knee high grass, dirty vinyl siding, porches need painting and repair, debris and clutter and mailboxes need attention, etc.

We sent out many violation letters this month and will continue to contact homeowners in violation until problems are corrected.  Ignored correction of violations will result in hearings and fines.

Willow Bluffs is a wonderful neighborhood that has seen property values increase over the years. It is important for our property values to show pride of ownership by keeping our neighborhood looking great while adhering to the restrictive covenants.

If you have any questions feel free to contact us. To review the covenants visit the HOA section to view the pdf.

Summer Update

Happy Summer!
Please remember some elementary and middle schools are year round. Please continue to be safe drivers especially during bus traffic times.
For parents of students riding the bus, please make sure they walk to school responsibly. Please remain on the side of the road and do not liter.
There have been complaints about kids playing in neighbors yards while waiting at the bus stops. Please be mindful that these yards are private property.
Please be considerate if you plan to shoot fireworks and follow all NC laws.  Consider telling your nearby neighbors you plan on using these. That way they can secure animals or get their little ones prepared. Or better yet they may want to join in or watch from their porch or deck.
If you have any questions please contact us at board@willowbluffs.com.
