Willow Bluffs 2025 Assessment Dues – Error

A miscommunication between Sentry and the Board lead to a billing error for our 2025 assessment dues.  See email message below:

Dear Homeowner(s),
We would like to sincerely apologize for the error in the Annual Assessment Dues on behalf of Sentry. The coupons mailed out mistakenly listed the incorrect amount of $93.00 for the 2025 assessment. The correct amount is $89.80.
If you have already paid the $93.00, you have two options:

    • Request a refund of $3.20, or
    • Leave a credit of $3.20 on your account.

Please contact Sentry if you would like a refund. If we do not hear from you, the credit will automatically be applied to your 2026 assessment dues.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your understanding.

Recent Neighborhood Inspections

During recent inspections it was obvious many houses are in need of maintenance and yard work. The property manager, board members and many homeowners have shared their concern about the appearance of the Willow Bluffs. Many yards have knee high grass, dirty vinyl siding, porches need painting and repair, debris and clutter and mailboxes need attention, etc.

We will be sending out violation letters this month. Ignored correction of violations will result in hearings and fines.

Willow Bluffs is a wonderful neighborhood that continues to see property values increase. It is important for our property values to show pride of ownership by keeping our neighborhood looking great while adhering to the restrictive covenants.

Annual Willow Bluffs Homeowner Meeting, tomorrow night 10/13/22 at 7:30 pm

As a reminder we are holding our Annual Homeowner Meeting, tomorrow night 10/13/22 at 7:30 pm. We will be meeting at The Pentecostals church, 2317 NC-42 Willow Springs NC 27592.  We hope to see our neighbors there! This is a great time to learn what the HOA is doing within the neighborhood, if you have any neighborhood concerns we would love to hear from you at this meeting. See you tomorrow at 7:30 pm.

Annual HOA Meeting 8/30/2021 at 6:30 PM

Be on the lookout for a notice in your mailbox from Sentry about our upcoming annual HOA meeting.  Our annual meeting for the HOA is scheduled for 8/30/2021 at 6:30 pm at the Pentecostal Church located at 2317 NC-42 Willow Spring, NC 27592.  Please plan to join us.  If you are unable to attend please mail your proxy back or send with a neighbor.

Willow Bluffs New HOA Community Association Manager

Letitia Rodrigues has accepted a new position with Sentry Management and will no longer be assigned to Willow Bluffs. We are will with Sentry Management but Jeff Rowles will be our Community Association Manager moving forward.  His information is below:

Willow Bluffs Mailboxes

We have received several inquires about where to purchase the mailboxes featured in Willow Bluffs.  They can be purchased at:

The mailboxes and bands are inexpensive; however, the posts are pricey due to quality.  If you have a damaged pole it is always recommended to try to repair post instead of replace.  Several mobile welders can be found on Nextdoor.
