WBHOA Annual Homeowners Association Meeting 12/10/2025 at 6:00 PM via Microsoft Teams

The annual Willow Bluffs HOA Meeting will be held on 12/10/2025 via Microsoft Teams. HOA documents as well as the meeting ID and Passcode were mailed to all Willow Bluffs Homeowners in late November. Please use this information to login to the meeting. If you did not receive information please contact Sentry or email the board@willowbluffs.com. We hope you will be able to join us. If unable to attend, please complete and return the proxy to Sentry.

AT&T Event Follow-up

If you were unable to visit the AT&T event today, below is a flyer of prices for baseline fiber internet services. For best prices, make sure to call. They offer additional discounts for various reasons; including, first responders, state employees, and if you plan to switch any other services, etc. I spoke with Jose’ who can be reached at 984-242-7100. AT&T Fiber Event 11/8/25

AT&T has been in Willow Bluffs installing fiber service and will be at the Lost Acorn Way cul de sac on Saturday 11/8/25 from 12:00-4:00pm to answer questions about services. Come talk with a specialist who can answer any questions. AT&T will be handing out flyers to mailboxes with additional information today. The digital flyer is available below this post. Willow Bluffs 2025 Assessment Dues – Error

A miscommunication between Sentry and the Board lead to a billing error for our 2025 assessment dues.  See email message below:

Dear Homeowner(s),
We would like to sincerely apologize for the error in the Annual Assessment Dues on behalf of Sentry. The coupons mailed out mistakenly listed the incorrect amount of $93.00 for the 2025 assessment. The correct amount is $89.80.
If you have already paid the $93.00, you have two options:

    • Request a refund of $3.20, or
    • Leave a credit of $3.20 on your account.

Please contact Sentry if you would like a refund. If we do not hear from you, the credit will automatically be applied to your 2026 assessment dues.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your understanding.

Recent Neighborhood Inspections

During recent inspections it was obvious many houses are in need of maintenance and yard work. The property manager, board members and many homeowners have shared their concern about the appearance of the Willow Bluffs. Many yards have knee high grass, dirty vinyl siding, porches need painting and repair, debris and clutter and mailboxes need attention, etc.

We will be sending out violation letters this month. Ignored correction of violations will result in hearings and fines.

Willow Bluffs is a wonderful neighborhood that continues to see property values increase. It is important for our property values to show pride of ownership by keeping our neighborhood looking great while adhering to the restrictive covenants.
