We recently added a complete version of all Willow Bluffs covenants to the HOA section. This includes all versions on file with Wake county and they have been cleaned up and enlarged for easier reading.

New Signs
The board is continuing to install new signs for the neighborhood. These were installed today. As mentioned earlier, the Community Watch signs have been updated to include the phone number for the Wake County Sheriff. Hopefully to help with our growing litter problem, No Littering signs have been installed. We have other signs to install, including Speed Limit, Children at Play, No Soliciting, and the other 2 Community Watch signs.
5/20/17 Neighborhood Yard Sale This Weekend
Don’t forget our neighborhood yard sale is this weekend. Please put signs at the end of your street if you are participating. We will put community signs at the front entrances and place an ad on craigslist.
New Children Playing and Speed Limit Signs
In attempt to cut down on speeding Children playing signs have been installed at the main entrances. We are happy to announce that we have additional Speed Limit Signs, Children Playing and some No Littering signs to add as well. The Neighborhood watch signs are being updated with Law Enforcement phone numbers and will be replaced soon.
Neighborhood Yard Sale Rescheduled for May 20 2017
Today’s sale has been postponed due to rain. If you’re planning to participate, please put a yard sale sign at the end of your street, so visitors can to find you! We’ll put signs at the entrances!
Willow Bluffs Spring Yard Sale
No Soliciting Signs
The Willow Bluffs No Soliciting signs were all removed over the weekend and will be replaced in the near future. These signs all are either broken or damaged beyond repair. Once new signs are purchased they will be placed closer to the Willow Bluffs entrance signs.
