The new trail rules sign installation was started today. Thank you to Willow Bluffs homeowner Jay Owen of Vital Signs Residential/Commercial signs for helping design and make the new sign. If you you are looking for any type of sign contact him at (919) 604-6514.
Quick Reminder April 21st is the neighborhood yard sale!! Get ready to clean out your closets and garages. We will put advertisements on Craigslist and place signs at our entrances. Make sure you place signs leading to your address if you plan to participate.
This year Teresa and Eric Renken are leading the first Spring Beautification Project. The project will involve making our entrances to Willow Bluffs look better. They are looking for volunteers to help with project or people willing to donate some flowers. If you would like to participate please meet at the main entrances at Eric Street at 10:00AM on next Saturday 4/14/18. Due to bad weather the Litter Pick-up day for tomorrow (3/25/2018) has been postponed. We will add a 2nd date in April. Check out the Willow Bluffs Calendar for scheduled community events.

The Homeowner’s Association section of the website has been updated with a COVENANT VIOLATION FAQ. This should help answer any questions about violation letters and what to do if you receive one. As always if you have any questions, feel free to contact the board at board@willowbluffs.com.
We installed the Neighborhood Watch and No Soliciting signs at each of the entrances this weekend. If a solicitor visits your house feel free to let them know our neighborhood is clearly marked no soliciting. More information to come soon about neighborhood watch. Please report all suspicious vehicles and activity to the Wake County Sheriffs Department non emergency line 919-856-6900. For emergencies dial 911.
